The southern hemisphere’s first and only Via Ferrata climbing system (literally translated as Iron Way). We have a variety of routes with varying length and difficulty that snake their way up the western aspect of Queenstown Hill. Each route is expertly equipped with fixed rungs and cable systems of the highest standard.
This activity allows anyone of moderate fitness to experience the excitement, exposure and scenic beauty normally only enjoyed by people with climbing skills. It is a great introduction into climbing and no previous experience is required. The climbing routes cater for a wide range of abilities and also this activity can be undertaken in most weather conditions, so you’ll never be disappointed.
A guide fits you out with all the equipment you need to enjoy the views from the stunning cliff tops. Learn the safety system of lanyards, karabiners, cables and rungs. This is a fantastic safe experience that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
