This experience is mentally, if not physically, demanding! Our abseil trip lets you control your descent speed safely to the ground, as you experience the adrenaline rush of descending onto Queenstown’s doorstep.

 

Our abseil site is just minutes from central Queenstown so there is no travel time. We provide all the technical equipment you need. You control the speed so there’s even time to take in the panoramic scenery on the way down too!

 

Abseiling is a controlled activity, no previous experience is required. Full instruction, small groups and thorough checks by our qualified guides ensure your safety at all times.

 

Half day

The half day abseil is perfect for anyone looking to experience this activity for the first time. Your guide will take you to a selection of rock faces to build up your skills and test your nerve. You'll start on a learning cliff, and get used to the feeling of trusting the equipment, before being taken to a 30m overhanging cliff! You'll be gently encouraged by your guide for the whole activity, ensuring that you have pushed yourself out of your comfort zone! 

 

Full Day

Want to take abseiling to the next level? On our full day trip, you'll be preparing yourself to take on one of the biggest abseils in the area! Your guide will take you for some training to start, before heading to the main event, a multi-pitch abseil that's 100m high! 

This is a unique adventure, and as such has a maximum group size of just 2 people per guide
