Half Day

This action packed 4 hours requires no previous experience. Feel the natural rock under your finger tips as you scale the Wanaka cliff faces. Due to the extreme nature of this activity we have low client to instructor ratios, as safety is paramount to us. We have a selection of climbs from low angle to extreme overhangs.

 

Full Day 

Welcome to the realm of Rock Climbing. Our full day is an emphasis is on learning current techniques and technical information, however also expect to do lots of climbing. Expect no crowds and a relaxed learning environment in a remote and stunning location. This day is very rewarding.

 

General

If you want to be shown a hidden local gem - a gorge swimming & jumping location, ask your guide, if there's time we can swing through!

Feel the raw adventure and excitement of our guided rock climbing experience for novice through to advanced climbers. Under our professional instruction feel your body and mind work together as you reach new heights.

 

We have a selection of cliffs with varying difficulty providing an experiential trip that it both fun and challenging. We can also provide you with further instruction in climbing techniques and technical information that is important when getting out on the rock.

 

All technical equipment including rock shoes will be provided. Your safety is paramount to us, that’s why all of our rock climbing instructors have New Zealand Outdoor Instructors Association qualifications (NZOIA) and our instructor to client ratio is kept at a maximum of 1:4.

 

Our instructors have an extensive knowledge of the area and are extremely enthusiastic and experienced in catering for a variety of climbing abilities.

Half Day	Adults from $179, Children from $99. Departs Wanaka Outside Sports Store at 9am/1.30pm, return 1pm/5.30pm.
Full Day	Adults from $299, Children from $179. Departs Wanaka Outside Sports Store at 9am return 5pm.
Winter (1 June - 30 September)
Half Day	Adults from $179, Children from $99. Departs Wanaka Outside Sports Store at 10.30am, return 2.30pm.
